My insurance company is listed. Is my visit covered?

Is Medicare Advantage the same as Original Medicare?
They have different rules for provider access and coverage. A Medicare Advantage plan may require a particular network, referral, or prior authorization. Please tell our team your exact plan name when you call.
What is a referral or prior authorization?
A referral is an order from your primary care clinician to see a specialist or receive certain services. Prior authorization is approval from your health plan for certain care. Requirements depend on your plan and the service.
What are a deductible, copay, and coinsurance?
