Billing & payments
Your copay is due at your visit. Accepted payments include major credit cards, HSA payments, personal checks, and cash. Call your office about billing or coverage questions.
Cancellations & missed visits
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Missed visits and cancellations with less notice are billed a no-show fee.
Prescription refills
Allow 48 hours for refill requests. Refills are not processed over the weekend. Please call your office for its refill instructions.
